Fincorpx — Account Deletion Request
At Fincorpx, we respect your right to privacy and data control. If you wish to permanently delete your Fincorpx account and all associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request by emailing our support team.
Please review the information below carefully before submitting your request, as account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the Fincorpx app. You do not need to contact us, and the deletion takes effect immediately.
If you can no longer sign in to the app, use the email route below instead.
If you have lost access to your account and cannot use the in-app option above, send an email from your registered email address to:

Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
Certain categories of data may be retained beyond the immediate deletion window for legal, regulatory, and security compliance purposes. Specifically:
Transaction records, security logs, and data required for legal or regulatory obligations may be retained for up to 30 days after the deletion request is processed.
After the 30-day retention period, all remaining personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. The only exception is the limited set of filing acknowledgements and records that GST, income tax or company law requires us to preserve. Those are held in a restricted archive, are used for no other purpose, and are deleted at the end of the statutory retention period. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
Submit Request
Send your deletion request email to support@fincorpx.com with your registered email ID and mobile number.
Identity Verification
Our team will verify your identity using the details provided to ensure the security of your account.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your deletion request has been accepted and is being processed.
Account Deletion
Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted. Retained records (if any) will be cleared after the 30-day retention period.
